Check-in Walkthrough
You can cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in. For bookings made through third parties like booking.com, the conditions on their individual website apply.
Our Check-In time is at 15:00. You will receive the access code to the hotel and your room by SMS and email at the check-in time. You are automatically checked-in at 15:00, and you can access the hotel at any time during your stay.
Check-out is at 12:00.
Please note that while we try to make early check-ins or late check-outs possible, we can not guarantee these.
All restaurants and bars are located a short walk (50 meters) away in the adjacent city center.
As a guest at Canyon Hotell you will receive a discount card for our restaurants in each room (discount only applies to food).
Our breakfast buffet is located in our restaurant Alattio. The breakfast is included in the room price.
Canyon Hotell is located in the pedestrian city center. As a result of this we do not have our own parking. We recommend you to park at the public parking in front of Amfi shopping mall (located 50m from the hotel).
The parking is not affiliated with us and has to be paid on location or by app. Parking is free from 20:00 - 10:00, and on Sundays. (Changes are possible)
Since we are a self-service hotel, all our rooms are pre-paid.
After completing the booking process on our website you will be sent a payment link by SMS to the entered phone number. From here you can pay by Visa and Mastercard.
Please note that if the payment is not done within 24 hours, your reservation will be deleted. Payment on arrival is not possible. If you have any questions or issues during the payment process, please contact us by phone.
It is possible to place one extra bed inside our Twin and Superior rooms. Due to size it is not possible to place and extra bed inside our Standard rooms. Extra beds are subject to availability.
